Equestrian Overnight Camp for Girls
We are excited to offer our first summer camp focused on expanding or establishing skills in horsemanship and riding, while participating in fun equestrian games, crafts, and other camp activities.
Riding For Every Girl
Activities are geared toward both new and experienced riders, and include:
- Trail rides
- Showmanship, including grooming
- Basic skills in equestrian care
- Tacking skills (Both English and Western style tack)
- An understanding of horse behavior
- An exploration of the differences in breeds of horses
What Else is Included?
Summer camp is focused on a holistic, entertaining camp experience, in addition to developing equestrian skills. For all of our campers, the experience includes:
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day
- Helmets, tack, and grooming supplies
- Supervised dorm rooms (double occupancy)
- On-campus nurse
- Picnics by the lake, movie nights, and other fun camp memories!
