OHA’s Principal, Todd Giszack, recently announced that Landon F. of Midland, Texas, has been named our next “Student of Distinction” of the 2020-2021 school year.
Landon, an 11th-grader, has attended Oak Hill Academy since his 8th grade year and is a standout member of the school community. During his tenure, he has distinguished himself as a scholar, a leader, and a servant among his classmates. He is known for his level-headed nature and wise decision-making.
In the classroom, Landon is a straight-A student, taking two honors classes and one college credit class this year. He has maintained a 4.0 grade point average since his arrival at Oak Hill. Landon was named Gold Team Manager last year, and is serving in that position again this year. He also is a regular participant in our Tuesday night peer-tutoring program.
We congratulate Landon on his achievements!
The faculty and staff regularly nominate students for this honor in recognition of their notable contributions to Oak Hill Academy campus life.
