Parents’ Day for the fall semester at Oak Hill Academy is scheduled for Friday, September 20, 2019. This time provides you with an opportunity to meet with teachers and staff to discuss your student’s progress. The day has an informal, open-house feel. Students will be in School Dress and will accompany parents/guardians through the schedule below.
If you wish to speak with anyone other than your student’s teachers, please schedule a conference upon your arrival to campus.
Schedule for Friday, September 20, 2019
7:45 – 8:30 Breakfast for students and parents in the Dining Hall, Vaughan Administration Building
8:30 Registration begins in the Principal’s Office – English Academic Building
(receive student class schedule at registration)
Hospitality Room available in the Library, lower level of English Academic Building
8:30 – 12:00 Parent/Teacher and/or Staff Conferences; Campus Store open
12:00 Lunch for everyone in the Dining Hall
After conferences, students may leave with parents for the long open weekend. Students must return to campus by 7:00 pm Monday, September 23 (there is no school on that Monday).
It is our hope that all parents will be able to attend our “Parents’ Day” this fall. Please RSVP below and make certain your student returns to campus by 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 23rd. Students may also return to campus earlier if desired.
