STANDARD DIPLOMA – 23 UNITS
English 4 units
Foreign Language 1 unit (2 highly recommended)*
Math 3 units
Science 3 units
Social Studies 5 units (4 Soc Studies + 1 Religion)
Fine Arts or Computer/Tech 1 unit
Health/Physical Education 2 units
Electives 4 units
Students achieving a Standard Diploma with a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher will receive the Board of Trustees Seal on their diplomas.
∗Please note that most 4-year colleges require at least two years in a row of foreign language.
ADVANCED STUDIES DIPLOMA – 26 UNITS
English 4 units

Students achieving an Advanced Studies Diploma with a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher will receive the President’s Seal on their diplomas.
For eighth-graders, credit on the high school level can be attained in all subjects except English 8 and Pre-Algebra.
If a student is planning to graduate during the Summer Session, a decision must be made prior to October 1 of the previous academic year. The parent must send a letter directly to the Principal regarding this request.
Every math student must have a Texas Instruments 84 Plus (TI-84 Plus) graphing calculator. Students may bring the calculator from home, or may purchase one at the Oak Hill Academy Campus Store. We do not allow TI-89 models or higher.
1Course titles including the term “Introduction” or “Novice” may not meet this foreign language requirement.
2Courses completed to satisfy this requirement shall include: Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and another mathematics course above the level of Algebra 2.
