OHA Principal Todd Giszack recently announced that Anna N. is OHA’s newest “Student of Distinction.”
Anna is a junior from Greenville, South Carolina. Mr. Giszack noted that Anna is a worthy recipient for the Student for Distinction Award for the second interim. He cited the following recommendations from the staff. Anna is excelling academically and earning straight As, is very mature, and gets along very well with her classmates. Anna is always an encourager, and is willing to give of herself in helping her classmates and the school community.
Anna also is a dedicated member of the OHA Environmental Literacy Initiative program, and as the leader of that organization delivered a public address at the ELI Kickoff ceremony in September.
