The Principal’s Office recently announced that Emmanuel O. has been awarded “Student of Distinction” honors. Emmanuel is a senior from Nigeria, in his first year at Oak Hill Academy, and is a member of the Gold Basketball Team.
In nominating him for this award, a staff member described Emmanuel as consistently kind and helpful, from the moment he joined our student body. His appreciation of simple things was also cited. Along with strong grades and solid citizenship, Emmanuel is definitely “a positive presence on campus.”
Students are regularly nominated and chosen by the faculty and staff for making notable contributions to Oak Hill Academy campus life.
