Oak Hill Academy Alumni Weekend
Oak Hill Academy’s annual Alumni Weekend was held July 14-15, 2018. OHA alumni and former students from all over the U.S. return to “the hill” every year to reconnect, reminisce, and check out all the changes that have occurred on campus.
Some of the highlights of Alumni Weekend include: the “Welcome Home” Reception, combined class meetings with OHA president, Dr. Michael Groves, campus tours, the “in memoriam” tolling of the Academy bell, interaction with current students at a picnic at Noonkester Park in the lakeside Mississippi Pavilion. alumni were also invited to participate in a fundraising dinner at the hilltop shelter near Hough Dorm. The weekend concluded Sunday morning with a continental breakfast in the Dining Hall and worship service at Young’s Chapel.
We welcome all graduates, former students, and their families to attend this event each year free of charge. Please contact Tim Henry in the Alumni Office for more details. Make plans to attend next summer–July 13-14, 2019!
